I am a Full-Stack Developer and Technical Systems Analyst with a National Diploma in IT: Software Development from Tshwane University of Technology. I did not start tertiary as early as I wanted to, and I had to fight for progress in circumstances that were not always easy. That did not change my ambition. I kept learning, completed my IT qualification and continued building toward the career I believe I can reach.
Worked across three live platforms without an internal IT department or senior handover. Audited a production PHP/Laravel platform, identified 100+ architecture, security, logic and data-integrity risks, tested Connect end to end, designed TrustCircle system architecture and translated recruitment workflow rules into actionable specifications.
Administered 500+ 3G, 4G and LTE SIM cards for users, branches and ATMs nationwide. Managed tickets, Active Directory security group assignment, Cisco ISE checks, billing reports, vendor collaboration and SOP improvement, collaborating with Service Desk, Networking, IT Support and ATM Engineer teams through handoffs and escalations.
Built React.js and JavaScript frontend work, designed and optimised MySQL database structures, integrated third-party APIs and worked with business analysts through GitHub and Trello-managed sprints.
Served across three national election periods, including Deputy Presiding Officer for South Africa's 2024 General Election, managing staff, materials, voter queries, disability support, counting and result documentation.
Cybersecurity is not a separate interest for me; it is part of how I think about systems. A system that works but leaks data, exposes users or hides risk is not complete. That is why I care about access control, validation, audit trails, severity classification and remediation plans that developers and stakeholders can act on.
I look for root causes, not only symptoms, and turn findings into clear actions.
I produce reports, remediation roadmaps, technical specifications and SOPs that teams can actually use.
I can learn unfamiliar systems, ask useful questions and keep moving under pressure.
